Thanks to a special collaboration with a friendly champagne estate in France, we have the unique opportunity every year to offer an exclusive selection of bottles under our own name. This is how the Cuvée Heihuyzen – a champagne that not only bears our name, but also tells the story of craftsmanship, terroir and trust.
This genuine champagne is produced according to the strict rules of the appellation d’origine contrôlée (AOC) in the heart of the Champagne region. Here it is made with the utmost care and traditionally fermented in bottle, maintaining its refinement, elegance and sparkling quality.
The Cuvée Heihuyzen is a Blanc de Noirs rosé saignée – made from 100% blue grapes: Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. A short skin aging produces a natural rosé color, with intense aromas of red fruit, a powerful structure and at the same time a fresh, lively finish.
