The M-cask is a unique creation of Domein Heihuyzen: an artisanal single malt whiskey that has aged for four years in oak barrels in which previously our own Mastentoppen gin came to full maturity.
Thanks to this special barrel aging, the M-cask developed a distinct and balanced flavor profile. You will discover warm notes of oak, rounded out with a subtle hint of pine – a nod to the woody character of our estate.
