Following the huge success of the mastentoppen jenever and the 2 signature gins (C gin – inspired by the sea and M gin – inspired by nature) by Christophe Lenaerts, we have now launched a non-alcoholic drink: AperØ. AperØ is a non-alcoholic drink made with natural ingredients that, like a gin, can be mixed with a tonic. It is very refreshing, with both sweet and slightly bitter flavours of, among others, grapefruit, rose, raspberry and, of course, our mastentoppen from the estate. We recommend mixing it with a Fevertree Raspberry and Rhubarb tonic and plenty of ice. Add a slice of grapefruit and it is ready to enjoy as a refreshing, non-alcoholic, delicious cocktail. As it is made with natural ingredients, it should only be kept in the refrigerator for a limited time after opening. That is why the bottles are only 50cl, to prevent waste.
