The Mastentoppenjenever from Domain Heihuyzen is a pure expression of nature on and around the estate. Made from Kempen pine cones – known locally as mastheads – which are hand-picked in the forests of Heihuyzen. These mastheads give the gin its unique, woody-spicy flavor. Those who taste imagine themselves in the middle of a Kempen pine forest, surrounded by trees, deer, and the smell of resin and earth.
This exclusive grain gin is distilled in small batches at the family grain distillery Sterkstokers in Sint-Lenaarts, with attention to craftsmanship and authenticity.
The Mastentoppenjenever perfectly complements Domein Heihuyzen’s growing range of in-house products: from game and honey to our recently launched M-cask whisky. All products that reflect the soul of the domain – local, natural and made with care.
