Thanks to a special collaboration with a friendly champagne house in France, we have the unique opportunity every year to offer an exclusive selection of bottles under our own name. This is how the Cuvée Heihuyzen was born — a champagne that not only bears our name, but also tells a story of craftsmanship, terroir and trust.

This genuine champagne is produced according to the strict rules of the appellation d’origine contrôlée (AOC) in the heart of the Champagne region. Here it is made with the utmost care and traditionally fermented in the bottle, allowing it to retain its refinement, elegance and sparkling quality.

The Cuvée Heihuyzen is a Blanc de Noirs rosé saignée – made from 100% black grapes: Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. Short skin maceration creates a natural rosé colour, with intense aromas of red fruit, a powerful structure and a fresh, lively finish.
